Hooked

I am hooked! What started out as me looking for necklace/jewelry ideas, ended up me coming across this beautiful necklace that was crocheted (that I still need to make, I made a different version of it, but anyhow).. I ended up googling "how to crochet a flower" which then lead me to looking at patterns, that lead me to a hat pattern. Once I started, I had no idea that I would become one who loves to crochet! But I do, and I am now "old". In fact today I had to start something... so I figured I would get to those to hats I promised Kahlia :] I have one done, and one more to make. I enjoy it! I wish I understood crocheting more, but like all things I tend to only do what I like and what gives me that feel of accomplishment. I hope to continue to create things out of yarn! One day It will come in handy when I can make my grand kids blankets just like my Mom did!! Along with many other cool things :] Who knows maybe I will get knitting down... now if I could only learn to pearl.....
