Why is it that people go into customer service that have NO right to be in customer service?? I tell ya what... this guy today, he was SO VERY RUDE! I have never dealt with such rudeness over the phone. Heck the guy from clear across the country that sells slushies treated me better then this guy from the states. Ok.. I didn't mean that in a rude way either, the guy was from Pakistan or something rather, all I think of when I hear their voice is the simpsons guy that sells slushies at kwikie mart. I just couldn't believe that he was so very rude. He wasn't helpful either! When I asked him a question, it was like I asked him to solve the worlds question as to why and how the earth came about. Then he asked me if he could put me on hold for 2 to 3 minuets...I couldn't hear or understand what he had asked, so I asked him to repeat what he had said, he did but it was way worse. I tried to relay what I had heard and *CLICK* he put me on hold, or at least I think he did. I was so MAD that I hung up. He had all the info on me, and never called back, nor did I. I called Lowe's instead and he was NICE!
So long story short, if you cant deal with people and be NICE then go work in a factory or something rather where you don't have to deal with customers!

No I wasn't saying you went on and on about San Fran! I usually just ramble too much! I'm sorry the dude was so rude... you should call and complain! :)
